The Center will use its 27 years of experience leading skill building programs, navigating housing and other community resources, and offering education and supportive services to Cedar Rapids’ existing immigrant population to help incoming refugees to become self-sufficient as quickly as possible by connecting them with:

  • Safe and affordable housing
  • Access to medical care and education
  • Employment opportunities
  • Cultural knowledge of the U.S.
