Meet the team behind the services at CMC
Administrative Services
Our Administrative Services team manages a wide range of activities including general operations, financial processes, human resources, and resource development. This team oversees fundraising efforts, communications and outreach, advocacy, and volunteer recruitment to further our mission.
Education Services
Our Education Services team oversees the Adult Basic Education program, facilitating learning through group classes, one-on-one tutoring onsite and online, and additional student resources. This team develops curriculum, coordinates class schedules, and trains our base of volunteer tutors.
Refugee & Immigrant Services
Our Refugee & Immigrant Services team supports newly arrived refugees through resettlement services and assists immigrant populations in navigating the community through employment readiness and job training, and case management to connect to community resources.
Women's Services
Our Women’s Services team oversees all aspects of our Transitional and Supportive Housing programs for women recovering from trauma. This team provides case management, facilitates therapeutic and skill-building groups, community outreach, and assists women in achieving their personal goals for stability.
Supplemental Services
Our Supplemental Services team manages additional client resources and programs, including the food pantry, community garden, and onsite child care program. This team ensures these resources are accessible and available to CMC clients and residents.
