Catherine McAuley Center provides flexible work schedules and a comprehensive benefits package. This includes a 403(b), generous paid time off (PTO), flex spending accounts and health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and an Employee Assistance Program. As a nonprofit employer, many employees also can qualify for student loan forgiveness programs.
