Explore the world of families who are living on the edge between stable housing and homelessness. Host a simulation for your club, church group, or place of work! All ages welcome.

Every August we come together with residents, students, tutors, volunteers, staff members and everyone’s families at a community potluck to celebrate the friendship and diversity built at the Center!

Womens Equality Day

Women’s Equality Day

August 26

Every August 26th we celebrate the anniversary of women gaining the right to vote at a lunchtime event on the CMC lawn! CMC’s Transitional Housing Program hosts this celebration of women’s history, local female leaders, and women’s empowerment. Bring

your lunch and a cloth item to have silk-screened with empowering slogans for a suggested donation of $5!

Gathering for gold event

Home Outreach Parties

Plan a get-together and share your passion for the CMC mission with family and friends! For example, in summer of 2016 several volunteers gathered for the gold and hosted Olympics home viewing parties while raising donations for CMC services.
