Saturday, November 18, 2017
Inspire hope at CMC when you shop for holiday gifts and winter weather warmth! Hundreds of locally-made quilts for sale.
Sunday, April 22, 2017
Hear the stories of lives impacted at CMC firsthand and enjoy the well-known symbol of our namesake, Catherine McAuley: a comfortable cup of tea!
Each June we honor the volunteers and financial supporters who offer hope and opportunity at CMC with a reception and program.
Every August we come together with residents, students, tutors, volunteers, staff members and everyone’s families at a community potluck to celebrate the friendship and diversity built at the Center!
Women’s Equality Day
Every August 26th we celebrate the anniversary of women gaining the right to vote at a lunchtime event on the CMC lawn! CMC’s Transitional Housing Program hosts this celebration of women’s history, local female leaders, and women’s empowerment. Bring your lunch and a cloth item to have silk-screened with empowering slogans for a suggested donation of $5!
Home Outreach Parties
Plan a get-together and share your passion for the CMC mission with family and friends! For example, in summer of 2016 several volunteers gathered for the gold and hosted Olympics home viewing parties.

Movin’ For McAuley Kickball Tournament and Walk
After more than a decade of Movin’ for McAuley Mall Walks, crowds of new supporters joined the movement at a family-friendly kickball tournament in 2015 and 2016. Though the event was discontinued to focus more efforts on awareness projects, we invite you to check out more ways you can join the movement.
