October 2016

We celebrated communi-TEA at Mercy Medical Center’s Hallagan Education Center with a fun-filled afternoon of tea, a light meal and raffle prizes! We heard the stories of lives impacted at CMC firsthand and enjoyed the well-known symbol of our namesake, Catherine McAuley: a comfortable cup of tea!

Sleep out for the homelessSleep out for the homeless event

Late October 2016

At the Sleep Out, participants experience homelessness for a night as they construct temporary shelters out of cardboard and spend the night outdoors. The event benefits CMC’s Transitional Housing Program along with other local programs. Sleep Out is a chance to raise awareness and learn about homelessness across the nation and in our own community.
