Join the Catherine McAuley Center’s Women Services program for a fun-filled celebration of women’s empowerment!
Come and celebrate on Thursday, August 24th from 11am-2pm at the Catherine McAuley Center located at 1220 5th Ave SE in Cedar Rapids. This is a FREE event, open to the public. UPDATE: Due to high temperatures, the event will be held INDOORS in CMC’s Community Gathering Space with access to the outdoor courtyard.

There will be plenty of ways to get inspired as Women’s Services presents the SHE-RO awards to 3 incredible women who have been identified as SHEroes in our community.
You can also make your own empowering merch at the event! Be sure to bring a cloth item to have screen printed ($5 donation suggested).
We are very excited to share this special day with all of you, and look forward to big celebration in honor of women’s equality!
