Welcoming Workplace Award: Large Company
(More than 50 employees/nationally based)
A business or organization that exemplifies inclusive and supportive practices in employing refugees and immigrants.

Welcoming Workplace Award: Small Company
(Fewer than 50 employees/locally owned)
A business or organization that exemplifies inclusive and supportive practices in employing refugees and immigrants.

Emerging Employee Award
An employee with the immigrant experience who demonstrates exemplary service and dedication in their role within an organization.

Outstanding Business Leader Award
An individual with the immigrant experience who demonstrates leadership in the business arena.

Young Entrepreneur & Leader Award
An individual under the age of 25, with the immigrant experience, who demonstrates exemplary leadership and community involvement.

  • Eligibility Criteria: Nominees must be employed or have a place of business within a 100 mile radius of Cedar Rapids.
  • Nomination Process: Complete the nomination form below to nominate an individual or organization to be honored. Self-nominations are welcomed!
